Here in Tarrant County, Sheriff Anderson signs, but this ruling speeds up the process by not having to wait for his signature.Originally Posted by ExecDirector
Now Dallas County is a different story. That Sheriff never signs and now the good citizens of Dallas County can register items as individuals and that Sheriff can't stop them.
All in all, I am pretty happy with 41F. I hope it will open up the NFA industry to more people and continue to mainstream suppressors and SBRs to hopefully one day have the momentum to remove them from regulation.
