    Me too. Surprisingly, this is an issue in Texas. There has pretty much never been a Sheriff in Harris County (Houston) that will sign. Go figure?

    Here in Tarrant County, Sheriff Anderson signs, but this ruling speeds up the process by not having to wait for his signature.

    Now Dallas County is a different story. That Sheriff never signs and now the good citizens of Dallas County can register items as individuals and that Sheriff can't stop them.

    All in all, I am pretty happy with 41F. I hope it will open up the NFA industry to more people and continue to mainstream suppressors and SBRs to hopefully one day have the momentum to remove them from regulation.
