    pin hole wear

I'm a little concerned about the auto sear pin hole wear over time with high volume fire. I guess hammer and trigger pin holes can stretch and wear too. Is this a realistic concern? Do those funny looking anti rotation pins work?

Yes, those funny looking pins work great. I always use them. Now having said that, while I have heard of it quite often, I have never actually seen a lower so worn out that it wouldn't work. I do suppose it could happen though, so long as one could afford to feed that much ammo into it.

I've heard that federal law only defintes the receiver as the gun itself so as long as the receiver along isn't broken I think you can replace it. Have you tried taking it to a gunsmith?
