Well, I hear that people who call to check on the status of their Form 1s and 4s are being told that due to the shut down they can not be given the status. So they have the same people answer the phones during the shut down, they are just being told they can not look up the info on the same computer they are playing solitaire and watching YouTube videos on. I called on September 5th and Nicole told me the exact same thing.
